1. You must have purchased the complete recommended kits from the Seltyca website.
   
2. You should have bought and used the correct number of kits within the required time frame.
   
3. For example: If your eligibility period is 5 months, you must have used 5 complete kits within 6 months — this confirms consistent usage.
4. You must have submitted at least 3–4 clear, unshaved scalp photos taken at different stages of your Seltyca regimen.
5. You must have completed at least 3 calls with your Seltyca Hair Coach during the course of your treatment.
6. Your money-back request must be raised within 30 days of purchasing your last kit (as per your Seltyca treatment plan).
7. For female customers, the money-back policy applies only if you’ve been diagnosed with “medium widening” or “advanced widening” hair loss stages and have uploaded a minimum of 3 scalp images throughout your treatment.
