Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout (Free on orders over ₹50)

✈️ Express Shipping (Domestic)

  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days
  • Carrier: BlueDart, Delhivery, eKart, etc.
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website or via the link provided in your email.

⚠️ Shipping Delays

🔄 Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Seltyca is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

If a package is returned due to address issues, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
