Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns on most unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or used cosmetic and wellness products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

How to Request a Return:

  1. Email our support team at support@seltyca.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back within 7 days of receiving return approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • First, check your bank or credit card account.
  • Then, contact your payment provider—some processing times may vary.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@seltyca.com .

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the product or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Please include:

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect product
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@seltyca.com with your order number.
